Weekly updates 🤩

6th Mar 2026
Hard to believe it’s the weekend already — the weeks are flying by!

Our Primary 4 and 5 pupils enjoyed some fantastic learning this week, combining their topic work on life in the 1940s with an introduction to how AI works. The children were truly transported back in time and engaged brilliantly with their learning.

Our Eco Council, alongside Mrs Daly, have been very busy completing lots of work towards our Eco Green Flag Award. Fingers crossed we will soon receive our flag in recognition of all their hard work and the efforts of the whole school.

Thursday was a wonderful day as we celebrated World Book Day. The children looked fantastic dressed as their favourite characters or in cosy pyjamas. They took part in a range of book-themed activities, including an art competition, and we finished the day with a lovely assembly. Well done to all our prize winners, and every child received a special bookmark to remember the day.

Primary 1 and 2 have been enjoying outdoor learning, building bug hotels and searching for minibeasts, while Primary 3/4 enjoyed a trip to the library as part of World Book Week.

Finally, congratulations to our other award winners this week: Ella, Mollaí, Orla, Ivy-Rose, Callian, Ava and Lochlann — we loved celebrating your achievements with you 🤩

Have a lovely weekend everyone ☀️
