We’ve had a busy but very enjoyable week with lots of exciting activities for the children!
On Monday, we were delighted to welcome past pupil and local boxing star Conan McSorley, along with Jude, to Afterschools. The children absolutely loved this session!
Our P1 and P2 classes had a special visit from four local firemen who shared so much valuable information. Getting to explore the fire truck was definitely a highlight! A big thank you to Noel Doherty, Noel Gallagher, Keith, and Jordan for taking the time to visit us.
All classes enjoyed some festive art activities and trips to the library. Our Christmas wall displays are looking fantastic too. P5 did some great problem solving - Kahoot was a hit again!
Saoirse was very proud of her green card—well done! Shea and Aleeah-Jai shared their soccer awards with us too!
Today was full of fun!
P1–P3 took part in musical pathways—thank you to Helen for leading such an enjoyable festive session. 
The Santa Mile was a great success, thanks to Ryan Pritchard, our cross-country coach, and all the staff—especially Mrs Caterson—for making it safe and fun. After braving the not-so-great weather, the children were happy to warm up with some hot chocolate afterwards!
The afternoon was filled with Irish tunes and Christmas songs, which really added to the festive spirit.
Looking ahead, we’re excited for next week’s trip to Matilda, Mrs Harris’ farewell assembly, and welcoming our prospective Primary 1 pupils for next year.
