What an amazing week leading up to the Christmas holidays! 🎄✨

We started on Monday with some festive baking alongside Mr. McGlone—gingerbread men, brownies, and cheesecakes. Thank you, Mr. McGlone, for such a delicious start to the week!

Our P1 and P2 pupils had a fantastic trip to the Strule Arts Centre to see Little Bo-Peep’s Christmas Mix-Up—they loved every moment.

On Wednesday, we enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner. We are so lucky to have Ance and Edel preparing such a feast! A big thank you to our Parents’ Group for adding those special touches with Christmas tablecloths, napkins, and crackers.

Thursday was a whirlwind of excitement with two incredible shows!
• Primary 1–4 gave us a beautiful version of the Nativity story, with P4 narrating brilliantly and P1–3 playing their parts so well. Mrs Sheridan’s musical accompaniment added so much to their beautiful singing.

• Primary 5–7 wowed us with When Sasha Got Swept Up the Chimney—full of amazing acting, singing, dancing, and even some reindeer boxing! We were so proud of every single performer. Huge thanks to the parents for helping the children practice and to our hard-working and dedicated staff for their teamwork in making these shows truly spectacular.

After the performances, we held our Christmas Draw. We are so grateful to our wonderful St Patrick’s PS, Parent Support Group for organising everything from start to finish, and to everyone who donated hampers and sponsored prizes—your support is incredible!

Finally, today we had a magical visit from Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their elf—and a surprise appearance from the Elf on the Shelf! The afternoon was filled with songs, jokes, music, and even Irish dancing. What a perfect way to end the week!

What a week to remember! 🎅🎁🌟
