⭐️ Happy Weekend everyone ⭐️ We have had another great week at St.Patrick’s PS!
Our breakfast club with Miss McLaughlin was back up and running! Milk and the free fruit snacks began too! Thanks to Miss Loughrey for organising! Thanks to Miss McCullagh as P2 afterschools began this week too! We will be ready for our P1s starting at the end of September!
The children were all delighted to have Ryan Mayse back teaching them Gaelic football skills! We are so grateful to the Naomh Eoghain club for having Ryan in every week!
Our P6 and P7s enjoyed their first cross country with Ryan Pritchard, despite the weather, they had fun! ☔️ It will benefit the children in all sports that they do! Delighted to have Fiachra McNulty back for Gaelic too!
Mr McGlone was sharing his baking talents with us when P4 and 5 baked tasty banana bread!
Our assembly’s theme this week was all about Carlos Acutis, who became the Patron Saint of the Internet on Sunday. The children’s singing was so beautiful and added so much! We are very grateful and lucky to have the musical talents of Mrs Sheridan and look forward to starting tin-whistle again this Wednesday 🎶
And what a lovely finish to the week when the staff all welcomed myself and Ance, our new cook, with cake and treats!
As well as the super learning going on in the classrooms, we had a great week of fun activities! Now we are all ready to recharge over the weekend!
