As you probably know, school will reopen for Primary 1-3 on Monday 8th March. We will remain open for 2 weeks and return to remote learning again on 22nd March.
It will be almost normal arrangements with uniform to be worn and canteen lunch available for FSM and anyone else paying (£2.60). We have received guidance from the Dept. of Education that the curriculum for these two weeks should be based largely on Social & Emotional development and the Play Based curriculum so for now we will continue with the policy of not using school bags.
One slight change will be that Primary 3 will finish at 2.15pm for these two weeks. Mrs Sheridan’s Primary 4 pupils will continue with their remote learning at home.
Thankfully, it’s looking very much like a full reopen after Easter on Tuesday 13th April. Hopefully this will be the case if it is safe to do so.
